• The 3-day period begins after the item has been picked up
• All returns must be requested or completed within this timeframe

If additional time is needed, customers must notify us within the 3-day window for consideration.

• No refunds to original form of payment under any circumstances

 Replacements

Because we work directly with a consistent retail supplier, we are often able to:

• Replace your item with the same product, if available
• Offer store credit if a replacement is not available

 Missing Parts / Incomplete Items

We carry parts for a majority of our inventory.

• If your item is missing pieces, please contact us within the return period
• We will do our best to provide the missing parts or resolve the issue appropriately

 Online Orders Policy

For purchases made through our online store:

• Returns will be issued as store credit for the ONLINE STORE ONLY
• Online store credit cannot be used at our retail location
