Return Window
We offer a 3-Day Return Policy (Store Credit Only).
- The 3-day period begins after the item has been picked up
- All returns must be requested or completed within this timeframe
If additional time is needed, customers must notify us within the 3-day window for consideration.
Refund Type
- Store Credit Only
- No refunds to original form of payment under any circumstances
Replacements
Because we work directly with a consistent retail supplier, we are often able to:
- Replace your item with the same product, if available
- Offer store credit if a replacement is not available
Missing Parts / Incomplete Items
We carry parts for a majority of our inventory.
- If your item is missing pieces, please contact us within the return period
- We will do our best to provide the missing parts or resolve the issue appropriately
Online Orders Policy
For purchases made through our online store:
- Returns will be issued as store credit for the ONLINE STORE ONLY
- Online store credit cannot be used at our retail location
General Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
